Terms of Service for Fini

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fini ("we," "our," "us"), a programming language learning platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Fini is a programming language learning platform offering both free and premium tiers for users.

2. User Obligations

Users must adhere to acceptable use of the app for learning purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Prohibited Conduct:
• Using offensive language, hate speech, promoting violence, or terror propaganda.
• Engaging in any form of harassment or discrimination.
• Using knowledge gained from Fini for illegal purposes.

Failure to comply may result in a lifetime suspension from Fini.

Liability Disclaimer: Fini and Orhan Erday are not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from the misuse of the platform’s content. You cannot sue Fini or Orhan Erday directly or indirectly for any issues arising from the use of the platform.

3. Account Management

• Account Creation: Users can manually create an account by providing their email.
• Account Termination: Users can delete their account at any time by going to Me > Account Settings > Delete My Account.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments, refunds, and subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple Inc. through in-app purchases.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we use robust backend services provided by Firebase to reduce the likelihood of downtime or data loss, we are not liable for any loss of data or service outages that occur.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, software, and materials provided through Fini are the intellectual property of Orhan Erday and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları under Turkish law. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

Users are prohibited from:

• Copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from Fini's content without explicit written consent.
• Using any content from Fini for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

Unauthorized use of any materials or content may result in legal action and immediate termination of your account. Fini reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

8. Termination Policy

Fini reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You violate these Terms or any other applicable rules.
• You engage in any behavior deemed harmful to the Fini community or platform.
• You use the platform for any unlawful or unethical purposes.
